Information we collect
We collect account details, sender and recipient contact information, shipment contents descriptions, addresses, pickup instructions, tracking events, support conversations, claims and technical records needed to operate the service.
How we use information
Information is used to create and deliver shipments, communicate status updates, provide labels and receipts, prevent misuse, respond to support requests, resolve claims and meet applicable operational or legal obligations.
Retention and security
Records are retained for operational, dispute, audit and legal needs. BSP applies access controls, authentication, event logging and reasonable technical safeguards. No internet service can promise absolute security.
Your choices
You may contact BSP to request correction of inaccurate account or shipment information. Some operational records cannot be deleted while needed for delivery, fraud prevention, claims, audit or legal obligations.
